SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following General Terms and Conditions of Business and Delivery (GTC) apply to all legal transactions. Deviating general terms and conditions of the customer do not apply.  By accessing, using or ordering information and/or services, the customer expressly agrees to the GTC and thus recognizes them as authoritative.

LIABILITY PROVISIONS
elements and constructs GmbH shall only be liable for delays in delivery and for damage caused by the use of the products in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The liability of the owners and their employees, representatives and vicarious agents shall in any case be limited to the amount invoiced to the customer for the corresponding service. The owners are not liable for consequential damages and loss of profit. The owners accept no liability for the misconduct of third parties.
